Erm, I'm not sure what the issue is?  scratch 

The fact you've posted kinda proves that you can indeed post from the moment you register. The 7 day wait to post external links is to deter spammers. It seems to work pretty well as we rarely get spam on here (well not of the 'click here to buy a bride/dodgy blue tablets/make a millon' kind any way. I'll let others decide about the rest of the content  Laughing )

You should be able to post plain text just not include any links to other webpages which is annoying if you want to link to photos or build log of your Scamp. But you can add them to the thread after the 7 days has passed. If you can't post at all in the New Users please drop a message to the Admin account https://scamps.forumotion.co.uk/u1 as that shouldn't happen.

Blimey only came on here to buy some Scamp magazines (USA)
and ended up buying a Mk3  Shocked
