Bit of House Keeping......

- I've tidied up a few of the errors and erroneous buttons.
- Deleted a few of the test posts
- Created myself a none "admin" account so I can post (Muttley)
.....but not much else.
In the next month (or so)
- will create a "test forum" so that I can play with format,pictures, rules etc.
- will create "stickies" for rules of the Forum, Intrductions, Posting Pictures, Creating URLs, etc.

I believe there's a restriction on new members starting topics, which unfortunately was found necessary to discourage spammers/trolls.
