It appears to be registered with DVLA as a Mini Scamp pick up. Try "Mini Scamp" in make on the DVLA website, http://www.taxdisc.direct.gov.uk/EvlPortalApp/application?origin=vnav_bar.jsp&event=bea.portal.framework.internal.refresh&pageid=Vehicle+Enquiry and all appears good. I always start off with this one though, to be honest: https://www.autocheck.co.uk/Secure/AutoCheck.asp?AutoLocateID=AAEBDC6347548D1C0D410FA0 as it doesn't need a make, and if it comes up as "make: unknown" it is usually good news from a kitcar owners perspective!

This means..Andrew Mclean.. Mk3 ..Kit no.. manufactured in the year 1993.

Vin no is normally found on Mk3's as welded writing on the in side of the front top crossmember (that which the bonnet closes down onto)

The Mini ebay listing is prob just to get wider advertising.

So it sounds OK to me (what do i know)

Mine is just registered as "Austin" with no model and a Mk1 Scamp chassis number (00***). I am hoping to get no probs at MoT time!
