"New Rear subframe" could be a clue

A Mk1 indeed, with a few mods to the bonnet area. Looks like some good possibilities there.

Hi, My first time on board, this looks like our old scamp, much changed from when I sold it in 1988. I have messaged the seller to ask about it.
It is a Mk1, with a modified front end, don't know the history before 1983 though. We (well my Dad) bought it in an auction and registered it.
I've missed it since I sold it (penniless student at the time).
Not sure I have the time at the moment....
