Re: Stoneleigh
It goes without saying that we are Bob.
Forum members, if you've never been to Stoneleigh with the Scamp Club you won't know that we have an annual pilgramage to Pizza Hut on the Sunday evening. It's usually a bit Ad Hoc and we have to wait a while for them to find 30 spaces in the restuarant.
So Leanne has taken the liberty of booking a very long table for 6PM.
Don't forget your pudding belly!

Re: Stoneleigh
Ah.
I seem to remember murmurings of dissatisfaction with Pizza Hut last year, and a suggestion that we start looking for a pub instead. The Waterman at Hatton has been suggested, although it looks about a 10 mile drive from the showground.

At least Pizza Hut give you a box in which to take away what you couldn't finish, and cold pizza for breakfast is not as bad as it sounds.

Re: Stoneleigh
Sorry! It looks as though we will not be getting to Stoneleigh again this year.
Taz is without a diff following the Easter episode - well, without an engine in situ at the mo!(Although we have two almost complete in the shed!) Still hoping to get him up and running before too long but Stoneleigh is just too close me thinks

Re: Stoneleigh
We will not be there this year, Havent got a Scamp on the road and the entrance fee is a bit steep for four adults without kit car. £100 for the weekend last year. However almost worth going for the trip to the Pizza Hut. Have fun see you at Mike and Wendys

Re: Stoneleigh
As mentioned in another thread, I'll bring a laptop so we can have a slide show on display.
I now have around 300 Scamp photos on file, sourced from my own snaps, the website, the forum and e-Bay. If anyone has photos they wouldn't mind adding to the collection, do please bring them - whether digital on flash card, USB stick or CD-ROM, or prints, slides & negatives for scanning.

Re: Stoneleigh
Jo and I will mosey along Sunday afternoon and stay around for the pizza-fest... we're "Scamp free" at the moment and as the house has "priority one" status, we can't do the whole show.... I've got the A3 laminates, Dave, I'll post them over to you tomorrow... Cheers, Jono

Re: Stoneleigh
And it looks like the weather will be good enough for us all to wear the T-shirts as well.
I've printed some A5 sized leaflets out to hand out at the show. They're up-beat, short and sweet and say a little about the Scamp, it's birthday and the club. And i hope you don't mind Dave, i've borrowed you've 40th birthday logo for them as well.
Leannes found the Union flag bunting and has bought some 40th Birthday balloons to tie to the everything on the club stand. I've also got some Unon flags to drape here and there.
If anyone has got anything similar please bring it along so we can tart the stand up and show off our Scampness!
