Sacrilige (?)
It hasn't done the dash any favours
It will prob go just for the engine.
Another one bites the dust............unless a Scamper knows differently

Re: Mk1 for sale, Salisbury area
I think its downright discracefull that the seller is not offering any gurantees! a bit of TLC and some Solvol Autosol on the engine and it could win best mk1, best of the bunch and best under bonnet this year - to be honest I think its beyond saving - if you got any of the nuts undone the item would be useless - I know cos when I stripped Florence anything ferrous and attached to anything aluminum either broke or was beyond repair - initial costs 2 gallons of WD40, a large box of plasters and plenty of change for the swear box - its a real shame that the old girl has been neglected and left outside in this weather - RIP.

Don't recognize the number.
Hasn't reached reserve with the current bid of £102. Looks like it's at a breaker's: surely the scrap value isn't that high?

Re: Mk1 for sale, Salisbury area
One of these days I'm going to have to do a MK1 but it would have to on a 1964 (or earlier) plate so i could avoid the fitting of seat belts.
Umm, Brown with gold metalflake lacquer and 10" reverse rims. How cool would that be?

Haven't you seen the old racing clips. The driver gets thrown clear of the car. Much safer than being buckled in, Isn't it?

I thought dead was 10 on a scale of 1 to 10 but now you tell me there's an 11!
It must be a whole new level of bad.
So go on then, what is worse?

Quite right Rob.
A coma isn't even a full stop! And a choice of dead or vegetarian I know what I'd choose.
