I agree Elaine - especially as Tony just asked them once to change it fo him and they did! I have asked and asked - and asked - and asked - still to no avail!
Nic is Nicola Scipi - for the same reason as mine - Stranger still that they will allow that but not Scipio! Question

Could it simply be that you have a namesake among their existing users?

Another, rather unlikely, possibility is that somewhere along the line they "hash" the characters of your name to create a unique reference number used by their software, and this matches somebody else's. The software ought to be able to handle this situation though.
