Is it a coincidence that,
with certain vehicles being able to be classified as historic,
more vehicles are coming out of the woodwork for sale with no or very little history.

In the old days most people wouldnt touch a Scamp unless the V5C had the correct description on it.
Now for Historic vehicles there is very little to catch the problem

It doesnt need to be taxed or MoT'd
The MoT man shouldnt test it if the dreaded computer does not match up with what is in front of him.

As in every thing
