Jono's MOT failure issues
A bit late coming in on this one but I part own and run an Mot station, the spacers would not be a failure,as long as the wheel was tight, that is sufficient for the Mot test, however, the corroded brake backplate should have failed as any "excessive" corrosion within 30cm of a brake mounting (i.e. the wheel cylinder) should fail. Hope that is of some help.
