MK3 GT for sale.

Thats funny, I am looking for a series 2 a 109 inch wheelbase Safari Land Rover.

Its registration is BKO 686C last seen in a 1969 film............

Any one know of its whereabouts ?

As far as I know it is owned by Ken Wright, who was employed as a welder on the film and he purchased it afterwards. He lives in a village near St Albans in hertfordshire.

I have heard a rumour that it is now in a private Land Rover collection with other film vehicles like the ones from Judge Dredd etc.

I don't know of any other MK3s for sale through the SOC so it might be worth PMing Jono direct regarding his MK3GT.

Well I emailed him through ebay and he was going to stick it back on again. I'd be happy to make an offer off ebay, but equally I'm happy to bid along with everyone else.
