Re: Stanford Hall Mini Show - Sunday 13th September 2009
A big thank you to all of those who turned up to support our club stand. I always get very nervous when orgainising things in case people don't turn up. Seems to have been a success this year though. Managed to get 8 scamps on the stand, and several other members came along in 'normal' cars.
There were lots of trade stands for people to part from their money at (the ice-cream van cleaned me out - bloody kids!!). Also plenty of club stands with lots and lots of lovely minis on display.
The stand seemed to generate a fair bit of interest, which is good. I hope you enjoyed yourselves.
A good day was finished off by a phone call from James letting me know that Leanne had had the baby. A baby boy born at 12.05pm weighing 8lb 3oz, named Jenson James. Congratulations to the Worth family (good job you didn't come along to the show James!).

No fear Martin, I've got a MPV, it's called a Land Rover 110.
