40th Anniversary - Regalia

As you are probably aware I’ve had some stickers produced
and we handed around the samples at a couple of earlier events. I’ve also had
some T-shirts done, and a Mug.



I intend to get Rally Plates made on the corrugated plastic (Correx) and will
be 10” x 6 “ (Approx).

The response has been positive with a few orders for T Shirts and plenty for
the stickers. The T Shirts are good quality (Fruit of the Loom, and Heavy
weight Cotton).



There has been some comment that the design comes out a bit
“plasticky”. I agree with this but it seems to be robust and last for a while…..its
used on Football strips that have to last a season of washes. The design on the
T-Shirts will be slightly larger at approx 8”



Also, these T-Shirts are of relatively good value. I have
looked at getting screen type printing but the costs doubles or triples.

The Mug wasn’t very successful (See Picture – It’s not bad
but not as good as I would have liked) so I’m looking at a redesign. Maybe a
SOC logo on one side and a simple 40 on the other ? What does anyone think ?



Prices are likely to be:

T Shirts – Fruit of The Loom £6.50 or Heavy (Very)Weight Cotton £8.00
Colours: Red, Blue, Black, Pink – Design will be White on Red
Sizes are: S,M,L,XL,XXL Kids Sizes are available (Cheaper Prices)

External Sticker 6” White on Red or Black on White £1.50

Internal Sticker 3“ White on Red or Black on White - £1.50

Rally Plates 12” White on Red - £3.50

Mugs Design TBA- £4.75

I can’t guarantee these prices but they should be very close

FAQs:

• Can I have different colours ? Yes, but it has taken me long enough to get
  this sorted…..so I’d prefer to stick to the above. But there’s no harm in asking !
  
• Is postage included ? No…..I will try to get to the major Scamp Events or get
  them to you by other means, but if I do have to pay postage then I will pass
  this on.
  
• Can I have your design and print my own ? Yes, but I’d prefer not to. The
  printer has been very accommodating, and produced samples and spent quite
  a bit of time on this, so I’d like to “pay back” with some orders.
  
• I’ve got a better design or I can improve on yours. Can we use it ? Yes, please do, but be quick and get any designs or potential designs to me asap.
  
• Are you making a profit ? No definitely not. I have to cover some costs for
  samples and the Correx, but if there are any monies left over then these
  will go into club funds.
  
• Can we have any thing else done ? Yes, What would you like ? See the

• Are you doing Polo shirts ? Not at the moment, I have not been able to get any
  done at reasonable prices ? If you know of anywhere then please let me
  know. Maybe its something we can do a bit later in the summer.
  
• Are these available only to Scamp Owners Club Members ? ……Probably unless I
  get a barrage of complaints. Come and join us ! You might even get a
  sticker Free !
  
• What happens if I order the wrong size ? Unfortunately, I can’t accommodate “returns”……..You
  can always order another and use the existing one for when you’ve finished
  that diet !
  

If after all this nobody is interested then fine I won’t be
offended but I thought it would be good to do something for the anniversary

I will be buying a few .it might help to shut a few neighbours up that thought I had stopped
buying odd looking cars.

Unfortunately, Pink isn't now available in the Beefy T Heavyweight.

So it will have to be Fruit of the Loom or similar......These are still heavyweight and good quality.

It has proved more challenging than first anticipated.....so thanks for everyone's support......especially everyone paying quickly and even in advance in some cases.
