Scamp Christmas Meal

I have a table on hold at the Four Pillars, Witney, Oxford for Saturday 5th December. THe cost for a 3 course meal is £34.95 per person, there is a £10 non refundable deposit per person when booking. I need this asap (preferably by the 12th October at the latest) from anyone interested in going and the balance a month later. A double/ twin room is £65 two people shareing. If single occupancy it is still £65. This you need to book direct with the hotel.
Payment can be by cheque to myself made payable to the club or direct into our account if you have online banking. Details are as follows-

So far i have four definites and deposits I need members to confirm and send deposits to book otherwise we will loose the table I have on hold. Please let me know asap . I need to confirm and send of deposits by the the 12th October.It would be nice to have a good turnout like we did at the picnic.

Just to confirm I have 13 deposits from members. I still have 5 places on hold if there are any members who wish to attend but I need confirmation and deposits asap.
