I think it's a mk1 isn't it ?
What you can see of the front arch looks like it's got the angled subframe mounting bar there. Does other info say otherwise ?

It's a Mk1 Scamp all right, albeit with a nicely-done Jimini type bonnet and a not-quite-so-nicely-done hardtop. It appeared on e-Bay in May 2007, described as a barn find.
