London To Brighton.................................Bike Ride
Although we’d rather have been at Le Mans ……next weekend we are doing London to Brighton….not in a Mini, Kit Car, etc …..but on our Mountain bikes.
This is a “Dad and Lad” event to help to raise money for the British Heart Foundation and to get a bit fitter (Dave).
We’ve done some training ….but probably not enough !
Its 54 miles from London to Brighton with quite a few hills……and the dreaded “Ditchling Beacon” …….so this will be a challenge.
We appreciate that many of you have supported our family on previous events but if you would like to donate or sponsor us, then this would be gratefully received.
(Please Note: Any monies donated will go directly to the BHF, as we have paid all of the entry fees and transport costs)
You can sponsor us at http://www.justgiving.com/Dave-Mark or give a donation at the next event.
Thanks Dave & Mark
PS: I promise not to post pictures of me(Dave) in LYCRA
