London To Brighton Mini run.
Well,it's that time of year again, and the day draws near where I leave the south coast at 5.30 in the morning to go up to London, and then come all the way back again. They are going for a record this year to get as many minis in one continuose convoy, only thing is it does not include any kit cars, mokes, elfs or the like so hopefully we will get off and out of the way nice and early, they are also sending out a mini from each of the 50 years to start the convoy.John Halliday was too late with his appplication so there will be just me with my son Ben as passenger. If you do fancy visiting then Brighton is the best bet as there are loads of Mini stalls and other exibits to see.

We're going for the first time this year. If the car will get there......damn thing has decided to throw a massive water leak this week and we can't find where it's coming from.

Are you going in a Scamp or Mini? Because it appears that they have different things planned for us this year.

My bet is that it's coming from somewhere in the engine bay.

Good oh,wouldn't want you boiling up in the middle of their record breaking convoy attempt.Just look for the Yellow Scamp around
7 o'clock.Normally see enough boilers on the way down to Brighton but there is normally plenty of help at hand. Had a puncture 2 years ago on the way out of Chystal Palace, didn't need a jack!!!!!!!

We're not doing the run, we're on the club stand in Brighton! Look out for the Clubman Estate Register. Mine's the bright yellow one!
