Very tidy MK2 on the Bay
This looks more like a production car then a Scamp it could almost be described as a garage queen

Hi Johnnie
Welcome to the board!
Have you emailed the seller asking how much he wants for it? I was second highest bidder on the Ebay listing for one of my Scamps which also didn't make reserve. I emailed the seller and did a deal with him which IIRC was only £25 more then I'd bidded in the auction.

Re: Very tidy MK2 on the Bay
I'm off to see it next Saturday.
Hopefully we can have a deal!!!
I'm not fussed about the smokey engine as I have a 1275 to drop in, plus a set of ultra-lights to tidy the wheels up. Really would like to get it sorted and use it for IMM in Italy. I'm all booked to go in another of my Minis but it would be a real adventure in a Scamp

Sounds promising
If you want to stop for a cuppa (and see a considerably less tidy MK2) let me know as I suspect you'll be driving past me.
