We are staying at a campsite on Hayling Island and using that as a base to go mental and terrorise the south of England.

Booked in from Sunday(be down sometime Sunday morning).

Paid a visit to the oven camp site today (monday) had a chat with the chap in the office, he said that the site was filling up quickly in june being bank/school holiday. So if you are thinking of staying there is to book sooner rather than later.

New company policy that we are now going to close on every Saturday preceeding a bank holiday means I have now booked in for the Saturday night as well,probably be down sometime in the afternoon as I have some home chores to do in the morning.

I am working the weekend but will try to get down on Monday or Tuesday.

Chris is your mobile still the same as last year?

Yellow Scamp now on steels to prvent damage to new Dunlop alloys,sump guard on,greased up,oil changed,brakes adjusted,just about ready for the trip down to Hampshire and realised that Mot is just about due and I've got to do a lower swivel joint(gaitor split)!Don't you just hate that!! Especially when there is a magazine to get out rapid before the AGM! Bedding plants to put in,partner on holiday,work up to my ears,russan,tussan,mumble,grrr,grrr,buggeration and all!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Holiday makers change over day

Scampers..Just thought I would let you all know, all of us Newarkies are all pack, except Adam he's Vectra has just gone BANG..big time..
Mac with his clan has my little trailer load with mothercare and toddles things, ho plus his tent...I am A-framing the Scamp full of camping gear..
We are leaving 3am tomorrow morning,to avoid the nutty holiday makers..all going down south to camp in the rain !!!!!!!

Back home after a very soggy journey. Weather was o.k. most of the weekend though and visited some great venues.Thanks Rick and Rose for organising it.

Thurs 1pm
Back at my half way house after the first leg of my journey home. Few spots of rain, but i managed to keep my door up all the way home.
Hit a good few surrounding sights around Pompey and managed to stay dry other than Mizzle yesterday. The heavy rain was only at night thank gawd.

Thank, Rick and Rosie for a great few days visiting an area i had never visited.

Well a good time had by the Stephens family, even if we did have to bail out early due to bad weather. Thanks for organising a good time Rick and Rose, Mac and Gem.
