Magenta kit car for sale
Am not sure if this will appeal to anyone but i have a magenta kit car that i need to sell as i want it out of my garage. My other half and i got it about 18months ago and had a friend do the electrics on it and we were making really good progress then i made the mistake of getting a reliant and he became more interested in building trikes. So poor 'Noddy' as he is known has just sat there for about 8 months untouched. The floor has been reinforced ready for the seats to go in. The car did come with a completely running engine but i let my friend borrow it as the engine in his mini based trike blew up. There is a working engine supplied that can be heard running as we cut the entire front end off a rotten mini. Included in the sale are the bucket seats, 3 point harnesses, petrol tank from a mini pickup, wing mirrors, lights and bright work. Am looking for £400 the lot but am open to offers as i need the space so i can get my mini finished as my garage has been invaded by trikes and bits of reliant. Am based in wellingborough

Re: Magenta kit car for sale
That's a curious registration number.
Out of interest (I have too many possessions already, and not enough away to put them in), can I ask how old is the car, and how is it registered?

Re: Magenta kit car for sale
They had posted this on one of the mini forums I frequent. I pointed them here as I thought it may appeal to someone!
From previous replies, the car has never been registered so would need an SVA test before being put on the road.
I'd love to have it but we haven't got the room at the moment. I adore these things....I think they're brilliant.

Magenta kit car
A very good friend of mine has just returned from his holiday to Italy on The Italian Job Tour 2008.
See the photo's on Youtube or try this link http://photobucket.com/ItalianJob2008
The only problem he had a a loose oil pressure pipe which decided to let go outside the hotel in the middle of Turin..........It was a bit odd to see four grown men on their hands and knees mopping up the very hot oil with rolls and rolls of kitchen towel off the stone floor.
