Oooer misses that's a strange one,there were some strange Mini Kits in the late 1960's early 70's I guess that this is one of them based on an early Mini.

The chassis looks like a Mk1 Scamp (check the dash, windscreen frame, inner front wings), modified a tad more than usual. Not sure if there's a rear subframe: I can't see any back mounting bolts, OTOH I can think of ways they might have been hidden. Altogether an interesting specimen.
