They are called "lift the dot" fasteners.

They also do threaded versions, against self tappers.

If you are replacing them to fit with existing hood other half, then be wary because new IVA compliant ones have a smaller ball and there are different lengths.

I have used a firm off Ebay called Acorn Canvas in the past, they are reasonable and quick delivery

There are various different versions of these and I'm not sure they're all interchangeable. My Scamp has Tenax fasteners.

My MK3 hood came with Tenax 'lift the dot' fixings as well. Wow, that brings back memories of changing th every few years.
