I think you're right Steve, although there are a few differences between it and the only pic I can find, here - looks like the bonnet & front panel are ali rather than fibreglass.

One sold on e-Bay for £295 last June, with only the library picture given: the seller said "as far as I know it is one of two built as a concept". If he's right, this has got to be either the same car, or the other one!
