Hello fellow Scampers
Just to say myself and Charlie have been working all week on my Scamp, for the Newark show. I have tarted the Scamp up, its looks like its never been off-roading. I hope to see all you fellow members at the show with your Scamps. Its going to be a good weekend. I have booked the good weather for the weekend, like I did for Mike and Wendys bash.....

Take care Rick.

Well done Rick,

I'm sure we could try the off road course on the Sun pm for you to get your fix.

Unfortunately it looks like i will be leaving the good weather behind in Wolves, not the Black Country for change.

Tony.......don't worry mines wearing it's mud with pride. Cool

Kids wanted to clean it but I only let them do the softtop. Twisted Evil

Just remember James (aka "Buff Daddy" afro ) has been polishing for weeks. He used all of the q-tips to remove the dust from the nooks and crannies. He's been in the garage tonight aligning all of the screw heads. Rolling Eyes

Next he's removing the Bathroom Mirror to place under the Scamp along with these....

Tried to clean mine but too much dirt seems to have got under the paint... At least I found a reason for the overheating: the rad was half covered in mud.

A thought: if there's no Mk 1 available for the display stand, how long would it take the combined expertise of the Club to do a repaint? scratchchin

One Scamp 5 pots of canary yellow paint 10 brushes and two cases of Stella (or Tetlley's) and about an hour later your Scamp Mk1 would be as good as new lol!
