I'm thinking of adding one of 'these' to my gym. Are they as good as they reckon?

It's not to lose weight, I'm hoping it'll be an easier way to stay toned than my current ruddy hard work regime. Very Happy

I've changed my mind! It's a woman thing. Smile
Whilst sweating & panting away in the shed yesterday morning I decided that this type of machine really wouldn't suit me. I love the challenge of a hard work-out, pushing myself to the limit, etc, so I think I'd soon get bored just balancing there........ Rolling Eyes
