I found a rim tree very much like this one, only cheaper (if I remember correctly - I've binned the till receipt) in Lidl. It's not on their current special offers list, so I'd guess it's the end of a line - if you want one, you may still be lucky.
It seems sturdy enough to stand up to careful use, though probably not abuse. I'll let you know how it gets on holding wheels for repainting.
