Scamp MK1 Austin America history
Dear all,
recently i have bought this nice scamp. But i am not able to track and trace the history of this car.
Is it originally a scamp, where is it coming from?
It has a 1275 automatic engine with waterinjection nipples on the cylinder head.
Truly hope you have some information.
Thanks in advance,

Hi
More pics please, rear suspension, under the bonnet
Has it got a rear subframe or are the swinging arms bolted/welded onto the box section.

A very interesting item - although not an original Mandry SWB Scamp. That had an even shorter centre section and was driven from what would have been the (optional) back seat on a normal Mk1.
