Friday September 2nd to Sunday September 4th

ANNUAL HAT CAMP WEEKEND

Don’t forget that it is the Hat Camp this week-end – earlier than usual of course, at our normal venue of King Harry's field on the A272 just east of Cowfold, West Sussex, nearly opposite post-code RH13 8AZ.

Cost is £6 per unit per night with flush loos and showers provided as well as portaloos. Friday evening Soup and Buffet - £3 per person.

Saturday evening Barbecue bring your own food and drink. Sunday morning our infamous water boiling and gadget competitions.

We will be setting up the party tents etc. on the Thursday afternoon before the meeting and are a little short of helpers this year. We will be there from about 3pm and if you are able to come along and help this would be much appreciated. You may also camp in the field that night if you wish but please come to help if you can regardless of whether you are camping.
If you are unable to camp at the meeting but would still like to come along please do come to the barbecue on Saturday evening and/or the Water Boiling competitions etc. on the Sunday morning.
