Other hobbies?
What else do you lot get up to besides Scamping?
We enjoy plinking in the garden as well as carrying out pest control on 100 acres... Off-roading, shooting, and dinner all in one package.
We're active members of The Royal British Legion, Lotus club, and VX220 club, so go to their monthly meetings & social events.
We had a go at being 'self sufficient' this year - Growing our own (and we keep hens, so get plenty of eggs). We've got quite a lot of veg, but still need to put a lot more work into it next season. Which takes me to my next love - Cooking and eating it of course.
LOTS of DIY on the bungalow, and garden. Not sure if that's a hobby, but it's ongoing, and we usually have a laugh while we're at it.
We like to keep fit, so Reg goes on bergenned up all-terrain walks/runs with a couple of his mates. And I'm about to take up trail running again.
Mmmm, I think that's it. Your turn now,
Elaine.

Aaaw come on, surely you must be into something other than Scamps.

Re: Other hobbies?
Well, I have to say I am not as active as Tony who plays squash on a regular basis several times a week although we do both enjoy ballroom and latin dancing. Not quite as aften these days as we used to but we still get our glad rags on and trip the light fantastic occasionally - having said that we have been known to jive, rock and roll and even rumba in wellies!
Sadly, work takes up a lot of my time. All together now - Ahhh!

Re: Other hobbies?
Woody, Are you going to next years War & Peace Show? If so, we'll have meet up.
Well done to Rita & the ladies, I hope they had fun in the process.
I know what you mean about work Lin, we both work a minimum of 40hrs a week, and Rich is on-call a lot of weekends & bank holidays so this really limits our playtime........... Mustn't grumble though at least we still have our health eh?
Rumba in wellies, now I'd really like to see that!

Re: Other hobbies?
Greetings strangers!! We hadn't vanished - just moved house and been without t'internet for weeks!
My other hobbies - photography. Mostly motorsport or nature.
Gray spends most of his time at the PC playing games.
Now we're in the countryside I suspect walking and cycling might be things we'll start doing more of.

Re: Other hobbies?
We might need a regional accents translator though.
For who?!
Will see what happens a bit nearer the time. Only 7 days away from D-day so we may be bogged down with last minute wedding stuff!
