Off Roading at Easter - Stourport
Hi all
It's only a few weeks away to Easter so it maybe short notice but i have made enquires for the off road site at stourport, The field is available all weekend but to make it viable we need decent numbers.
If interest is shown then i will make further enquires into cost etc

Re: Off Roading at Easter - Stourport
Hi Col
Unfortunately I have to work that w/end
I did consider taking a sickie and going darn sarf
But thought it a bit risky to do it 3 weeks before I am taking my Voluntary Redundancy payoff.
Thanks for the planning anyway.

Easter off roading
Easter at Stourport
The field and off road site have been booked for the long Easter weekend at Coney Green Farm.
Based on the number that have shown an interest,we anticipate the cost to be around £30 per person for the weekend or £10 per day per person.
These prices may increase if we don't get the predicted numbers.
Arrival from lunch time on Good Friday.
As always only scamp members are permitted to drive on the site.
Please confirm if you are going to join us.
Any questions please ask

THIS EVENT HAS BEEN CANCELLED
Easter Off Roading weekend
CANCELLED !!!!!
I am really sorry to say but we have had to cancel this Easter weekend at coney green farm.
The camping field is in a condition were we can't even get onto it to camp without the use of 4 x 4 or a tractor let along pitch tents etc.
Sorry to disappoint everyone but we feel it's the right thing to do.
Maybe next year?

Re: Off Roading at Easter - Stourport
A bit delayed....I know.....but thanks for attempting to organize this.
Sorry it did work out.
I/We would have struggled to make the whole weekend but we would have popped over for the day.
Thanks again.
