I've been doing a bit of digging for background info on this one. The seller, Joan Tysall, had this to say:

The registration is Q21 GEL we bought it on 14 February this year from Daniel C. in Gosport, Hampshire. It had been in a field for years before Daniel bought it in April 2013 and we hired a pick up van to go and buy it from him. The V5 when updated with our details says "Number of former keepers since Dec 1985 - 9.
John [her husband] started on the restoration with great enthusiasm but doesn't have the time to devote to it so we thought it better to sell it on to someone who does. He's made a good start though and fingers crossed it will be back on the road soon. "

Daniel is Forum member danhtid, who posted several pics of his intended resto job (thread here). A much earlier pic of the car also appears on the Club website (here): Joan was delighted to see it.
