Wheelbase on Mk2.
Does anyone know what the wheelbase of the MK2 should be ? I have been having a few thoughts about how to repair my chassis and making it slightly shorter might be one of them. I won't go too far but was wondering if I cut the right amount off I can make a standard Mini exhaust fit without modifying it.

First time I've heard of someone cutting down the chassis to fit the exhaust (you should be fitting an lcb, making a bespoke exhaust to fit your scamp i.e. best mounting points, side exit etc)

A bit daft isn't it, just considering a few things though.
