Did anybody put the SOC's view on this matter across?
I'm guessing so, but I thought I'd bump the thread just in case no contact was made on the club's behalf.

Here's the reply that I've just received:
Long Causeway - Public Consultation on Proposed Traffic Regulation Order
Thank you for your comments to the consultation on the Authority’s proposal for a traffic regulation order at Long Causeway.
Before any decision is taken whether to proceed with the making of a traffic regulation order, the consultation responses will be considered by the Authority’s Audit Review and Performance Committee. When the date of the Committee meeting is identified this will be shown on www.peakdistrict.gov.uk/troconsultations
Please note that your response will form part of the background papers to the report and will be made available for public inspection in accordance with the provisions of the Local Government Access to Information Act 1985.
The Authority currently operates a procedure that allows individuals or organisations to address members at meetings of the committee. Details of this procedure can be obtained from Democratic Services at: democraticservices@peakdistrict.gov.uk
Details of the notice of proposal, the proposed order, a statement giving the reasons for the order and a map showing the extent of the proposed restrictions are available at www.peakdistrict.gov.uk/consultations or to view at Aldern House, Baslow Road, Bakewell, DE45 1AE from 8.45am to 5pm Monday to Friday (closed Bank and Public Holidays and closed at 3pm on Christmas Eve).
Please note it is not usual practice to enter into further correspondence on issues raised in representations. I will be in touch after the meeting to notify you of the outcome.
