Himley Hall
Hi fellow Scampers,
Himley Hall at the week-end, do we have a stand or meeting place at this venue or just play "find the kit car" (mine's the yellow one)
Thanks.

Re: Himley Hall
Hi - Scamp owners club does have a stand - a bit last minute I know, but it is booked and 5 cars are booked in. I did ask if others could arrive on the day and we are allowed upto another 5 on the day (no more than 10 on any stand) So, Daisy, Taz, Woodstock, Pep (our project) and Rob's mk 3 will be on the stand, Chris Yates and Dave are also hoping to make it. Billbod - will send a PM to you with my phone number. If you arrive on Sunday, phone me and I will meet you to guide you to the stand!
Still spaces for two more on the stand if anyone fancies popping along.

Re: Himley Hall
Many thanks to those of you who joined in on such a last minute arrangement!!!
We had a very good turnout - 8 cars - and caused a lot of interest. Tony, Me (Lin), Nic, Deb, Colin and rugrats, Rob K, Chris Y, Steve, Andrew and Phil (Billbod) with his 6 wheeler. Rob's much used information/pictures were very well read and we were actually asked questions about them. The theme for club stands was Mini Coopers 50th birthday - we did not exactly do much - except a cheeky Happy 50th birthday - 42 years of Scamp donorship!! - Thank you for the parts! - It raised a few chuckles!
The weather held pretty well - one or two showers but we were placed in a lovely spot, between the Mokes(It was good to see Sue and she was happy to see a few old faces!) and right next to the lake where we could watch the moorhen chicks on their nest - ahhhhh!
A few bits were bought - and sold - all in all a good day.
