Help please. . .

on a mission to upset the mini community... namely those owning coopers (all will become clear on Sunday ;-D )

could any of you who have scamps with cooper parts let me know what the part is (and were on vehicle) and add a picture of your scamp and a picture of the cooper part on your scamp to this thread please?

Hi there, theres not much difference from a normal mini to a cooper, except if you have a RSP or special editoin with some interior or sunroof. The origianal version had a different head and twin carbs but later had the metro engine with not much special tweeks unless John Cooper Garages did something to it. You can always say most bits on your scamp were off a Cooper and they would never know. I am going to Himley on Sunday to upset a few Mini spotters knowing the scamp is pure British - no additives and not as much rust !

the theme for the club stands this year is mini coopers 50th birthday. . . so if any one has specifically taken bits off a cooper we want to rub it in a bit :-P

we want to do a poster board saying
"thank you for... *and a picture of the part*... love from ... *and a picture of the scamp*"
Our specific themes are ...
"Old Cooper's never die... they just get SCAMPED"
"Happy 50th Birthday Cooper... 42 years of being a Scamp donor vehicle"

(has any one got a picture/ some pictures of jeremy harris' scamp... isnt that almost completely cooper based?)

This will be Daisys 1st outing this year . . . yay ... shes just had her bath (1st one after stourport last year)
