Re: 4 on Ebay
I wonder if the seller of the blue moke clone, has ever heard of the term "OVERSPRAY". Or even this modern new fangled stuff called "MASKING TAPE".....At that price he's a wee bit optimistic me thinks...
Sorry i'm a bit tetchy ...18hr work day today & still not finished ...if i can last till 6am thats a full 24hrs ...
Might just have time to go home for the 3 S's, will have to forgo the 4th S, (sleep) and back in at 8:30...
Hmmm i wonder if my boss has worked out the overtime yet? (Yes my son...you can have the blue shiny silicon hoses & the powder coating for the alloys... )

Re: 4 on Ebay
Reg informs me that the yellow 'Mandry' Scamp wouldn't have been made Mandry at all, because it's a MkIII.

LOL I did 16hr days for just over 2yrs, then I started working on the farm.... Now I only do 12hr days (well 13.5 yesterday). It is tiring sometimes.... getting up at 05.00, getting home anywhere between 6-7.30pm. And then there's the dinner & housework to crack on with. But I love my job and wouldn't swap it for the world.

"Right. I had to get up in the morning at ten o'clock at night half an hour before I went to bed, drink a cup of sulphuric acid, work twenty-nine hours a day down mill, and pay mill owner for permission to come to work, and when we got home, our Dad and our mother would kill us and dance about on our graves singing Hallelujah....." Etc.....

Re: 4 on Ebay
Gigolo or Pizza Delivery Boy ?
Gigolo – Alison just laughs at the prospect….
Pizza Delivery Boy – Much too violent !
Seriously………
Have worked in Exporting and International Trade for 20 years. Ended up working for a Bank, and then a Freight Forwarder in an IT role.
It still means quite a few changes and a bit more travelling, but its the first job in ages that I’m really looking forward to.
Thanks for everyone’s good wishes
Dave (& Family)
