We have a picture in the show report for the British Mini day at Himley Hall, Mini Magazine.
The picture show's the Scamp stand and the caption reads " A good turn-out for the Moke display attracted visitor's attention."
Moke ! Wash your mouth out with soap and water..... but at least we were noticed and mentioned - result.

Did it show the Scamps and the Mokes? (as they were next door) or was it just us?

I bet the Moke club LOVED that!!! Laughing

There is always one "jobsworth" Moke owner at the L2B, and he is one of the marshalls, Rob's met him, tell 'em Rob!!
The rest of them are a really good bunch, and I thought we did long distances, you wanna see what some of them do!!

There is a picture of a Moke with union jacks on the wheels and a picture of the Scamp stand with the caption !!!!
It could have been a better picture against the lake but at least they were impressed with the turn-out and Scamp pitch.
Wonder if we will get a mention in the Kit car magazine ?

We dont complain about the Scamps getting stuck down with the Mokes at CP, because we follow them out on the run and they are normally let out first after the Show n Shine brigade. Very Happy

Looking through the Modern Mini magazine " 100% New Mini Magazine" I spotted in the distance the Scamp stand and a couple of 100% scamp's.
They try to only feature pictures of the "new kids on the block" but you can't keep a good scamp down !!!!!!
Be warned ...... if you try to see the car's - get your manifying glass out !!!

Will try to get out on Sunday......Hope the rain stays away ?
