DVLA took dd for my Astra car tax (£210) this morning.
No reminder
no option of changing to monthly payments.
Scamp resurrection time.
Batt charged
Plugs removed and engine turned over
Plugs refitted, started 1st time ... bonus
It was SORN over the winter
Tried to tax it online but it wouldnt reconise the V5 the 11 digit number.
Checked vehicle details on line and it reconised that it was SORN and had when the MoT is due.
Just had a nice drive in the country to the next town to tax it at the Post Office, no probs cause they use a different ref number.
Anyone else had any probs.
