I'm pretty sure this is the project that was for sale in july ...( remnants of yellow paint showing through) It was on a q plate with  some other bits (engine ,dash etc)back then.

Another Scamp that's lost it's ID, funny that and it's the same people involved again.

Isn't it about time this stopped ?  The DVLA give car owners a hard enough time as it is but if people carry on doing this sort of thing it's going to get worse. 

I wonder where Q21 GEL registration number will turn up ?
