Pretty much anything goes (as always) but I'm sure that anyone acting in a wholey inappropriate way would get a strip torn off! Though it's not happened yet.
Like i said, £20 per vehicle.

order order - mr. speaker - i applogise to the right honorable member for whitwick on the othe side of the house - it would appear that i have been informed incorrectly by the right honorably lady grayson for hope - i do hope this unfortunate misunderstanding will not be detrimental to our continuance of the right implemention of our enjoyment at the forthcoming event commonly reffered in the house as The Picnic to be held later in year

Surely not!
I strongly deny that accusation as being entirely fabricated for the purpose of slurring the words and honourable reputation of yours truly.

Re: Stourport 2009
Just to clarify (I can't be bothered to re-read the first posts)......... Is it £20 per off roading car or £20 per car for everyone attending whether off roading or not?
The later seems fairer to me, even though we may come in two cars (If we get around to finishing the MESS).

I think our new pres was in favour of all cars paying, which as I said in my previous post is fairer.Martin & Nettie wrote:20 pounds per car - but what do I know I'm not the President anymore

Yes Mr J, it's definitely £20 PER CAR.
Have you gone a bit senile? We've paid for two cars for a quite a while now, going back to when I had my 205 (4yrs ago).....
Actually I think I probably paid for us both, so I'll forgive you for not knowing

No, I can't see it being finished either! It seems to be one set back after another.......... Oh the joys of building a first.

I think it should be either £20 per car, or so much per adult. I know from the past that not everyone is going to be happy which way we do it? my view is that cars don't use the toilets!, and why should someone like Bob Lilley pay the same as me with a family of 4 or more? The main thing is the club covers its costs, and we do it as fair as we can. we know that some people are going to squinny about it. lets have your veiws and opinions on this???
Take care you fellow Scampers.... Rick

Personally - and its Lin not him!- I think per adult is fairer - but then as we will end up as 4 adults - why the **** am I saying that? Anyways - don't care whichever - we'll be there! (Hope Herr President has ordered the sunshine again)

Re: Stourport 2009
Not fussed either way, we know it'll still be a bargain weekend....... Although like you say, per adult is probably a fairer way of doing it.

Per Adult
I think per adult is fairer. If I tow a car down do I still have to pay?????
Per Adult means those who can afford to pay, do pay, the club needs the money.
If four employed adults turn up in one car they each enjoy the weekend so should pay accordingly.
As a family with 2 cars and 2 adults its still £20 which is fine by us.
But the club will get more money from those who turn up sharing vehicles by charging per adult.

Mr. President are you now in a position to take over the administration of the scampownersclub@yahoo.co.uk email address? Red Leader now has it listed under your mobile number, I did send you a pm but no reply? I can email you the password and then you can change it

Splitting the bill between all of the adults definitely seems to be the fairest way.
I see you say 'employed', are you suggesting concessions?

Re: Stourport 2009
for my 2 pennies worth i think per adult is fairer, if you go to most pay and play site its per person, they assume that all the adults are gonna have a go and at the end of the day all adults will eat at the BBQ and all will use the loos. Anyway at the prices quoted for 3 days off roading and a BBQ its a bloody bargain which ever way you slice it!!!
But seeing as I will be 1 adult with 1 car and 1 tent i'm easy to please.
The 'wallie' support vehicle failed its first try at an MOT today on the front body mounts....back for re-test on thursday and off we go... hope everyone likes V8's

Re: Stourport 2009
I'll Keep it short and sweet.
Per person is the fairest. The club as a whole needs to break even on this event at the worst.
