From my extensive database and collection of pictures going back 30 years - er, no, not that I know of. There certainly was a Zebra patterned Mk2, reg. Q585 MEV, seen here behind my own Mk2 at the 1989 Picnic, but I'm pretty sure it's not this one.

He lives just down the road from me in liphook Hampshire

I have met him very nice bloke

Can't remember his name Question Question

He recently painted it the zebra colour
