It seems along time ago when I rebuilt, what was then, the flying tomatoe. Now the yellow scamp you see on my icon,I had some rebuild pictures that I had lost.Well,I found them yesterday and yellow Scamp got built in 6 weeks with the help of my son Ben,and went on a holiday to France the same morning it got mot'd(the mot was done at 1a.m in the morning - something of which would not be aloud now).It drove for 6 years without a hood,a temporary one was made for Italy in 2004,and then a more permenant one the year after.Scamp is still going strong today.

I wait for the comments now........................my temporary hood handmade for Italy out of old gazebo tubing, caravan aluminium and classic American car interior metailic blue leathercloth. The box on the back is made of plywood and covered in black leathercloth. Needless to say,the hood stayed the whole time in the Hotels garage whilst we were in Italy.
