AND NOW FOR SOMETHING COMPLETELY DIFFERENT!!
Knitting patterns,no,seriously,I don't know about you, but with the nights now closing in and the rain lashing down we need something to while away the evenings. I will start with a music teaser. So push the engine back out of the kitchen and take the carb off the draining board and answer me this question;
Who was the bass player on the 1972 hit Frankenstein by the Edgar Winter Group,and what was the number 1 single he had in 1978 (just heard this one on the radio).
And yes, I know I'm an old git and you younger ones won't know it,but don't forget there is always wykapedia.
When this one is answered someone else can ask the next one etc.etc.
It might get the old grey cells working anyway.

Not a question but music related
A man killed when a giant bale of hay landed on his van was named yesterday as a founder member of the Electric Light Orchestra.
Cellist Mike Edwards, 62, died instantly when the 50-stone bale smashed into the vehicle on Friday afternoon.
It was understood to have been in a steeply sloping field next to the A381 between Harbertonford and Halwell in Devon.
What a freak accident.
