Folks,

One of our members on www.muddybuggies.com has had his Chris Hollier Mosquito sold on ebay without his knowledge, here is the listing http://cgi.ebay.co.uk/Mini-based-Hollier-Mosquito_W0QQitemZ200444108359QQcmdZViewItemQQptZAutomobiles_UK?hash=item2eab665e47 hw

He really wants his car back, any help would be appreciated.

Surely if the car has been unlawfully sold calling the police would be a good start.

Through e-bay we have the seller's details and purchaser's details so I'd have thought it was a straight forward case for PC plod.

Police have been informed & ebay contacted but the wheels seem to move very slowly.

Not too sure what is happening, but the 'new owner' has made contact with the 'old owner' & they have come to an agreement for the 'old owner' to take possession back. So it looks like it has ended in happiness not tears.
