TVcatchup -yes or no?
Anyone tried Tvcatchup - I have and can now watch all my favourite Freeview tv channels like Dave on my PC and also at lunchtime at work plus a few we don't get via the ariel like Men & Motors - it was the Lotus S2 today - also on your Iphone if you have one (which I don't)

Has it just got a on/off and volume switch....That all I can cope with. anymore more switches are wasted on me....
I would sooner be doing things than watching them...Sorry Martin

We're not tele fans either Martin, so the answer is no......................... but the technology is impressive.

I would have thought the Lotus coverage on Men & Motors would have been of interest to you both, you could have watched at work at lunchtime on your Iphone while cutting cows tails and eating yogurt

Re: TVcatchup -yes or no?
I updated my tv last year. My old one was was about 15 years old and did not have a Scart socket.
It was playing up on startup blinking on and off.
I replaced it with a wide screen that my mate was going to take down the tip IT WAS FREE
People waste so much money jumping on the new technology band wagon. How many people out there got a 1st generation HD tv and now when we are actually going over to HD find that it does not do everything it is supposed to do.
When i bought my house 6 years ago i went over to Virgin Media. That was cause i needed the Broadband and the alignment of my street of houses had my normal aeriel going through the next door terraced houses and as consequence the picture was c**p.
And loads of you have seen the brick i call a mobile phone, but still have not grasped the meaning of the word "mobile"

We do like the Lotus stuff, but still don't tend to find time to watch it. My lunchtime is 20 mins long, and I spend that time ramming as much food into my mouth as I can! Did all of the girls, and the bull the other day, so no more tail trimming for a while now.
I'll be checking to see how square your eyes are,
Elaine.
P.S I don't think I'd could cope with an Iphone, I hated my old work one!
Re: TVcatchup -yes or no?
I bet the bull was cringing with you snipping around at the back of him

LOL
No, Pluto's lovely (unlike the last bull) he's got a better temperament than some of the cows (which is good, seeing as he weighs 2 tonne).
I wasn't going to bother doing his tail because it was nice & clean, but he came in on his own free will, so I gave it a trim.
Elaine.
