We left in dribs and drabs during the afternoon - if there were only two cars left (chris' and John's) most of us had packed up and gone!
As you say - next time!

Can't remember how many cars were left. More than 2 I think. You did drive right past our club stand at one point in the weekend though but you'd driven off before I could get out of my chair!

OMG Linda,
That white & green MK3 in your facebook photos is my first Scamp!
I sold i to a guy in Northern Ireland.
It's nice to see the owners looked after it.
Superb! wait till i tell my dad, he'll be made up.

Well, you will be pleased to hear that the irish chap who owns it has just joined the SOC!!!
We went over and introduced ourselves on the very damp Friday morning.
He also owns a mark 1 and a Mark 2. He bought the Scamp that was recently on Ebay with the Landrover top.
Maybe he will read this and get in touch!
Did you put all the vents in the body and bonnet?

Re: International Mini Meet (IMM) 09
It looked like a standard MK3 when I had it.
Sadly my dad took to bastardising the front end whilst under his gardianship (Hence four mirrors)!
I'm glad the Scamp has it's original grill re-fitted (my dad fitted a front mounted rad and horible nosecone to it!)
The original wellers are still on in as are the tyres, though the Cobra Lemans seats (Quattro pattern) appear to have been replaced.

Probably due to the fact that it was like sitting on an ironing board...............TRR Motorsport wrote: though the Cobra Lemans seats (Quattro pattern) appear to have been replaced.
Re: International Mini Meet (IMM) 09
Yeah, they were rubbish.
They did look good and lets face it that's all the matters in Jamesworld!
