Some interesting body mods - sloping front wings a la Mk1, linked wheel arches - but never registered, it would appear.

Are you sure its a mk2 - the kick in side rail over rear wheel is mk1 with a sub frame if I'm not mistaken Unfinished Mk2 on e-Bay Icon_clown

You may be right, Martin. I can't see the rear subframe, but as you say the back end is certainly set up for one. OTOH the twin roll bar is more normally found on Mk2s. The front end has been extensively modified (must weigh a ton!) and could have started off as either.

So, let's say a LWB Mk1 with Mk2 ideas retro-fitted.
