can you verify when the AGM is and that subscriptions are due.

Hi Rob, Just to say that the Memberships are due at the AGM. I think you will find its 1pm on Sunday, don't quote me on it as the motor racing might change things.
Don't be so tight members can, and should pay before the AGM. The AGM is the last chance to pay......

Last chance to pay! When did that start?

So when was the first chance then? I can't remember seeing a membership renewal form anywhere?

I thought normally we get the renewal membership at the begining of the year and should pay it before the AGM. Was i wrong thinking this ?.

The AGM is at 1.00oclock at the Scamp stand but it would appear it might changed because of the motor racing from what has been said on the forum or am I wrong.
Renewals are usually sent out by myself about 6 weeks before the AGM. Unfortunately I have not been able to do this as yet because i have other priorities at the moment.
Yes the last date for membership payment is the AGM normally but as i have not I sent out renewals on time that will not apply this time. I will be sending out letters and emails for renewals shortly.
Ian (M3PRQ) has kindly said he will bring the gazebo and flags and banner for me I will be attending on Sunday hopefully.
