I think it's a mk1 isn't it ? 
What you can see of the front arch looks like it's got the angled subframe mounting bar there. Does other info say otherwise ?

It's a Mk1 Scamp all right, albeit with a nicely-done Jimini type bonnet and a not-quite-so-nicely-done hardtop. It appeared on e-Bay in May 2007, described as a barn find.

Brightwells, an auctioneering firm,  are quite informative:
    AHP 274A
    850 engine
    Chassis 00138 (so earlyish, before 1973 at any rate)
    Current V5C
    Registered as 1960 Morris Mini

It seems to be in excellent company.  However it's not in the catalogue for their March sale
