I bet we've not done 5000 miles in 'K' since the rebuild and whilst lowering the rear suspension I decided to nip up the rear brakes. Low and behold, one of the brake cylinders was leaking. A new cylinder? £9.05.  I wonder how long this one will last :-/

Fitted a new steering rack 2 years ago.....rack boot totally perrished,Upper and lower ball joints, rubber covers perished......Where the hell are they getting their rubber from? Certainly not Durex!!! Or maybe that Durex does perish once it's outside of it's protective sleeve and left outside for a couple of days?........No rude comments lads,it's a family forum.
