LE MANS 2009 (SHORT OF 1 DRIVER)

We are short of one driver for Le Mans. We have five people and 2 cars so far, if there are any takers out there the cost will be half of the total (i.e. £320.00) anyone interested contact me asap so that we can get the tickets booked and pay our £75.00 deposits (not sure if that is per car or per person yet)

We have five people and 2 cars so far" reads like like a request from Jaguar or Peugeot - Lewis Hamiltom might be a bit busy now I suppose, most cars have space for 4 persons? but one is a Mk1 Scamp i.e. 2 seats that leaves 1 spare seat I see now - at least you won't have to buy any tents after Pikey Shelly took home several last time.

No, you stupid boy Pike, 2 Scamps, each with 2 people in, and one poor passenger running behind with no vehicle or driver!
Still, at least it provoked a reaction and Rob Kean has volanteered his vehilce and drivership. Thanks Rob.
If any body else wants to go, I am sure we can accomodate and book them in at a later date it is just that the ones that had already shown interest we wanted to book up to assure their trip as early as possible.

Well, we did have our sixth member to our tour, but, I am afraid Rob Keen has decided to pull out. Shame, but there goes.
If there are any other Scamp Owners who fancy joining us on the 100 or so miles drive to Le Mans from Caan in France, and have a spare seat for the one passenger that we are trying to find a seat for.
We have already 5 people who want to go and they are;

Scamp 1; John Shelly & John Halliday
Scamp 2; Chris Westgate & Ben Westgate
Scamp or vehicle 3; ??????????????? & Ben Southworth (my son in law who came with us in 2006)

The third vehicle passenger can be swapped or changed as my Ben (Westgate) is also insured to drive my Scamp, so, if needs be I can passenger or assist driving in the third vehicle.

I really fancy it......but can't sort out holidays until late December (Work reasons)
